In March 2024, PFG Group, led by CEO Ash Khan, acquired the brand and intellectual property of JTF Wholesale as part of their expansion and diversification strategy.
This acquisition included domain names and the management of intellectual property rights. PFG Group plans to relaunch JTF Wholesale’s business model, revitalising the brand by updating the JTF.com website, integrating the new assets, and leveraging their resources to re-establish JTF Wholesale’s presence in the wholesale direct-to-consumer market. The relaunch will focus on modernising the brand, expanding its product range to include home essentials and home décor, and enhancing customer engagement through digital transformation. This strategic move aims to breathe new life into JTF Wholesale, ensuring it continues to serve its loyal customer base while attracting new clientele.
